Winture is a steel manufacturer and supply chain partner built for the demands of global energy infrastructure. We own the factory, run the production lines, and operate the laboratory — which means when you place an order, there is no subcontracting, no quality handoff, and no ambiguity about who is responsible for what arrives on your site.
Our primary products are solar mounting structures and lattice steel transmission towers — both manufactured in-house at our 60,000 m² facility, with a combined monthly output of 30,000 MT. Every structural component is hot-dip galvanized on our own two galvanizing lines, tested in our own ISO-certified laboratory, and shipped with a full documentation package covering material origin, test results, and inspection records from raw material intake through to outgoing inspection.
Beyond manufacturing, we act as an industrial steel supply chain partner — sourcing and supplying steel coils, structural profiles, and special steel grades from Tier 1 certified mills to customers across the automotive, construction, energy, and manufacturing industries.

Renewable Energy (Solar)
Winture manufactures a complete range of solar mounting structures: ground mounting systems, pile foundations, solar fishery and solar agriculture structures, solar carports, and tracker-compatible steel components. All are built from ZAM (Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium) coated coils — a premium anti-corrosion material that outperforms conventional hot-dip galvanizing in coastal, desert, and high-humidity environments — with a 30-year no-rust warranty.
Our CNC-automated production lines maintain ±0.5mm dimensional tolerances across bulk orders, and our full in-house BOM supply — column posts, purlins, rafters, bracings, fasteners, and ground piles all produced under one roof — eliminates multi-vendor coordination risk for EPC contractors. We supply solar mounting structures to leading EPC companies including TATA, Sterling Wilson, Jakson, and O2 Power.

Power Infrastructure: Transmission Towers & Steel Structures
Winture manufactures lattice steel transmission towers from 35kV to 1000kV, substation steel structures, communication towers, and oil & gas structural steel. All angle steel members are fabricated on in-house CNC high-speed punch-cut lines, pre-assembled in our factory yard for fit verification before galvanizing, and hot-dip galvanized using 99.999% pure zinc ingots to ≥90μm per ISO 1461.
The result: a 30-year anti-corrosion warranty and 50-year structural design life on every tower we ship — backed by verifiable coating thickness records from our ISO-certified laboratory, not just a printed certificate.
Our engineering team designs and verifies towers against ASCE 10-97, IEC 60826, IS 802, GB 50061, and AS/NZS 7000 —covering the design standards of every major transmission market we serve.
