Manufacturing Capabilities
Production Capacities
Winture's manufacturing capability is defined by one principle: control every step that determines quality. We do not outsource CNC fabrication, galvanizing, or laboratory testing to third parties. From incoming coil and angle steel inspection through to outgoing packaging, every process runs within our 60,000 m² facility under our own quality management system.
This structure has a direct consequence for our customers: there is no quality handoff between suppliers, no gap in traceability, and no third-party warranty disclaimer when something needs to be resolved.

CNC automation:
Forming, punching, and stamping are fully CNC-controlled, with digitally programmed tooling paths ensuring ±0.5mm dimensional tolerance on hole position and section geometry across every production batch. This consistency means bolt patterns on purlins, rafters, and bracings match across millions of components on large utility scale orders — no field adjustment required on site.

In-House Hot-Dip Galvanizing — Two Dedicated Lines
When galvanizing is subcontracted, the fabricator loses control over bath chemistry, flux process, zinc purity, withdrawal speed, and cooling — the five variables that determine coating uniformity and adhesion. Winture operates galvanizing in-house because coating quality is a warranty commitment, not a subcontractor's responsibility.
Galvanizing specification:
Zinc purity:
99.999% pure zinc ingots — the highest commercial grade available, minimizing dross formation and maximizing coating adhesion
Bath dimensions:
Two HDG pools capable of processing angle steel members up to 9m length in a single dip — no partial dipping, no overlap seams
Coating thickness achieved:
85μm – 120μm per ISO 1461 / ASTM A123 / ASTM A153
Standards compliance:
ISO 1461, EN ISO 1461, ASTM A123, ASTM A153, ASTM F2329, ISO 14713
Post-galvanizing inspection:
Coating thickness measured by electromagnetic gauge across all surfaces; adhesion verified by bend test; visual inspection for bare spots, flux inclusions, and drips
Salt spray validation:
Representative samples from each production batch are tested in our in-house salt spray chamber (1,000-hour or 10,000-hour protocols per project specification)
Coating thickness achieved:
30-year anti-corrosion warranty on HDG coating for transmission towers and structural products. ZAM coated solar mounting components: 25–30-year no-rust warranty (corrosivity class dependent).

Raw Material Supply — Tier 1 Mills, In-House Processing
Coil sourcing for solar mounting structures:
All ZAM and HDG coils are sourced from Tier 1 certified steel mills. Mill qualification includes production license verification, ISO certification review, and annual quality audit. Coil specifications— alloy grade, coating weight, surface treatment, dimensional tolerance — are defined in Winture's procurement specification and verified against Mill Test Certificates before the coil enters our facility. Tier 1 mill partnerships enable coil delivery to our production floor within 72 hours, supporting responsive order scheduling and eliminating extended lead time caused by spot-market sourcing.

Angle steel sourcing for tower products:
All angle steel is sourced from certified Tier 1 structural steel
mills to Q235B, Q355B, Q420B (GB/T 706), ASTM A36, A572
Gr.50/Gr.65, and EN 10025 S355JR grades. Chemical
composition and mechanical properties are verified in Winture's
ISO-certified laboratory on every incoming batch before
production entry— independent of the mill's own MTC.
Close proximity to Tianjin Port:
Our manufacturing facility is located within 50km of Tianjin Port
— one of China's highest-volume container terminals for
structural steel export. This proximity enables fast container
turnaround, reduces inland logistics cost, and supports
consistent delivery schedules to ports across Asia, Africa,
Europe, South America, and Oceania.
