100% Traceability:
The Winture Quality Guarantee

From the first coil entering our facility to the last bundle leaving it

— every stage is inspected, documented, and traceable.

Quality Management

Most steel fabricators have a quality management system. The difference is whether it runs on paper or on the production floor. Winture's quality system operates at four mandatory inspection gates — IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC — each with defined acceptance criteria, documented in our internal quality management system, and supported by in-house laboratory testing at every stage where material properties are at risk. The documentation generated at each gate is provided to customers with every delivery — not available on request, but standard output.

The system is certified to ISO 9001 and audited annually by an accredited third-party certification body. It covers both our solar mounting structure and power tower production lines under a single integrated quality management framework.

Outgoing Quality Control

Every batch. No exceptions.

All raw materials — steel coils, angle steel, fasteners, zinc ingots, and coating materials

— are inspected at intake before entering the production floor.

No material is released to production until IQC clearance is issued.

What is inspected:

Acceptance Standard

Chemical composition

OES optical emission spectrometer

Per grade specification (Q235B/Q355B/ ASTM A36, etc.)

Output: IQC Inspection Report with test data, material batch number, and release sign-off.

Provided to customer with delivery documentation.

Real-time monitoring at every production stage.

IPQC covers all active manufacturing stages: coil slitting, cold forming, CNC punching, stamping, welding

(where applicable), and pre-galvanizing surface preparation. IPQC checkpoints are defined in Winture's

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each production process.

Solar mounting structure — IPQC checkpoints:

Production Stage

Inspection Item

Frequency

Slitting

Width tolerance, edge quality

Per coil

Cold forming

Section geometry, flange angle, web flatness

Every 2 hours per line

CNC punching

Hole diameter, hole spacing, hole position

Every 100 pieces

Stamping

End dimension, deformation

Every 50 pieces

Pre-galvanizing

Surface cleanliness, acid pickling completeness

Per batch

Power tower — IPQC checkpoints:

Production Stage

Inspection Item

Frequency

CNC punch-cut

Member length, hole diameter, hole spacing

Per member type per batch

Angle adjustment

Member straightness (max bow sL/1000)

Per member

Welding (if applicable)

Weld size, penetration, visual quality

Per weld joint

Pre-galvanizing

Surface cleanliness

Per batch

Trial assembly

Bolt hole alignment, connection node fit-up

Per tower type

Nothing ships without passing final inspection

FQC is performed on 100% of finished product batches after galvanizing and before packaging. For

transmission towers, FQC includes post-trial-assembly dimensional sign-off in addition to coating inspection.

Final check before the container is sealed.

OQC verifies that the product leaving our facility matches the customer's order specification

— correct quantities, correct piece marks, correct packaging, and complete documentation.
