90% CNC Automation. ±0.5mm Tolerance. Factory Trial Assembly
90% of our fabrication processes are CNC-controlled, ensuring ±0.5mm dimensional tolerance on hole position and section geometry across every batch. For solar structures, this means bolt-only site assembly without field adjustment. For transmission towers, it means we pre-assemble critical sections in our factory yard before galvanizing — verifying every connection node fit-up before the structure leaves our facility.
Zero-rework on site is not a marketing claim. It is the result of a production process where dimensional problems are found and fixed before, not after, delivery.

In-House Galvanizing. Two Lines. 99.999% Pure Zinc
We do not outsource galvanizing. Two in-house HDG lines using 99.999% pure zinc ingots achieve 85μm to 120μm coating per ISO 1461 / ASTM A123. Coating thickness and adhesion are verified by our own laboratory on every production batch.

On-Time Delivery. Backed by Capacity and Proximity
30,000 MT monthly capacity is our standard operating output — not a peak figure. Tier 1 mill partnerships with ≤72-hour coil delivery to our production floor. Manufacturing facility within 50km of Tianjin Port.
For large project orders, we provide a production schedule with weekly milestone visibility. For every shipment, a named logistics contact manages documentation, container coordination, and customs clearance from production completion through to delivery confirmation.
