Every Winture product ships with a traceable documentation chain: Mill Test Certificate (MTC) from the originating mill →IQC laboratory verification of chemical composition and mechanical properties → IPQC records at each production stage → FQC dimensional and coating inspection → OQC pre-shipment sign-off.

This documentation is not produced on request — it is generated as a standard output of our production system and provided with every delivery. Your project engineers, lenders, and certification bodies get what they need without a chasing process.
 

Our laboratory is not a third-party inspection service. It is Winture's own facility, staffed by Winture's own technicians, operating 100% of the time on our production output.

Equipment covers: OES optical emission spectrometer (chemical composition), universal testing machine (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), impact testing machine (Charpy notch toughness), coating thickness gauge, adhesion pull-off tester, and salt spray chamber (1,000-hour and 10,000-hour capacity).

When we say a product meets ISO 1461 or ASTM A123 — we have the test data to prove it.

90% of our production processes are CNC-automated. For solar mounting structures, this means consistent hole patterns and section geometry across millions of individual components. For transmission tower angle steel, it means bolt holes
that align across all members when the tower is assembled on site.

We conduct factory trial assembly on critical tower structures before galvanizing — verifying fit-up of every connection node before the product leaves our facility. This is the step most fabricators skip. It is why our customers report zero field rework from dimensional mismatch.

We do not outsource galvanizing. Winture operates two in-house HDG lines using 99.999% pure zinc ingots, achieving coating thickness of 85μm to 120μm per ISO 1461 / ASTM A123. Coating uniformity and adhesion are verified by our own laboratory on every production batch.

For solar structures, ZAM-coated coils provide additional self-healing cut-edge protection — critical for punched and formed sections where coating continuity at edges determines long-term field performance. We specify ZAM or HDG based on the corrosion class of your project site, not as a default preference.

Winture's 30,000 MT monthly capacity is not a peak figure. It is our standard operating output, supported by optimized CNC scheduling, in-house galvanizing throughput, and a supply chain built on long-term Tier 1 mill partnerships with ≤72-hour coil delivery lead times to our production floor.

For large project orders, we provide a production schedule with weekly milestone visibility. All products are packed in seaworthy export packaging — steel strip bundling, pallet loading, and container loading plans — and supported by our logistics team's 13 years of customs clearance experience across the markets we serve.
