Recently, Winture International successfully completed the delivery of a batch of galvanized steel sheets exported to the Middle East.
Before the products left the factory, Winture International quality inspectors conducted an on-site inspection in accordance with the order requirements. The inspection focused on verifying the galvanized steel sheets's specifications, actual thickness, flatness, and surface quality. Detailed measurement records and photographic documentation were also completed to ensure that the physical condition of the products was consistent with the order requirements and quality documentation, enabling full traceability from production through delivery.

During the packaging and container-loading stages, Winture International used professional seaworthy packaging designed for overseas transportation. Each package was secured on a wooden pallet and marked with a uniform, clearly printed white label containing the relevant product information, facilitating handling, inventory verification, and identification upon arrival.

After container loading was completed, our team carried out comprehensive cargo securing measures to minimize the risks of shifting, collision, and compression during sea transportation.

From pre-shipment inspection and professional packaging to container loading and final securing, Winture International pays close attention to every detail of the delivery process, providing customers with safer, more standardized, and fully traceable export services.
As a core business division of Winture New Energy, Winture International leverages its own manufacturing bases and integrated industrial capabilities to supply a range of products, including solar mounting systems, power transmission towers, and industrial steel products.
