Winture manufactures self-supporting lattice steel towers for 35kV to 1000kV single-circuit, double-circuit, and multicircuit HV transmission lines. All angle steel members are fabricated in-house on CNC high-speed punch-cut lines, ensuring consistent hole patterns and dimensional accuracy across every tower leg. Every structural part undergoes inhouse hot-dip galvanizing using 99.999% pure zinc ingots, achieving ≥90μm to 120μm coating thickness validated by our ISO-certified laboratory. A 30-year anti-corrosion warranty and 50-year structural design life are provided as standard on all transmission towers.
