Solar Fishery Mounting System
As a leading global manufacturer of solar mounting structures, Winture boasts a comprehensive product portfolio meticulously tailored to meet the diverse needs of various solar applications. We adhere to the highest quality standards from the very start: all raw material coils are exclusively sourced from Tier 1 listed steel manufacturers, laying a solid foundation for uncompromising product quality. The Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium coating offers superior self-healing properties and extreme corrosion resistance.
To ensure every batch of raw materials meets our strict requirements, our in-house ISO-certified laboratory conducts rigorous inspections on all chemical and mechanical parameters as an integral part of our incoming quality control (IQC) process. This rigorous testing regime eliminates potential quality risks and guarantees the reliability of our products.
Backed by state-of-the-art full-CNC fabrication equipment and a comprehensive quality control system, Winture achieves exceptional fabrication precision with strict tolerance control. With a monthly production capacity of 30,000 MT, we consistently deliver orders on time, meeting even the most demanding project schedules.
As a trusted anti-corrosion expert in the industry, Winture goes beyond product supply: we work closely with our customers to optimize project design and engineering solutions, effectively reducing local installation workload, lowering project costs, and enhancing overall project efficiency.
01
Synergizing Aquaculture & Solar Energy
Winture's Solar Fishery Mounting System is a specialized pile-mounted solution designed to maximize the value of water resources. We address the unique challenges of aquatic environments—water depth adaptation, salt-mist corrosion, and operational clearance—to ensure that power generation and fishing operations coexist seamlessly.
Leveraging our expertise in anti-corrosion technology, we utilize high-grade Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (Zn-Al-Mg) and heavy-duty Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) to protect the structural integrity of your investment. From freshwater ponds to coastal tidal flats, Winture provides the "Skeleton of Stability" for your sustainable energy projects.
02
Freshwater Aquaculter Applications
Freshwater Aquaculture (Ponds, Reservoirs, Wetlands)
For shallow waters (depth ≤2m), we offer a high-clearance pile-mounted design (1.5m–2m) that reserves 1.2m-wide operation channels. This ensures:
Fishery Compatibility:
Smooth passage for fishing boats (≤5km/h) and unhindered operation of feeding equipment.
Optimized Biology:
Panel tilt angles (15°–25°) are calibrated to maintain an underwater illumination rate of at least 30%, promoting healthy fish growth.
Smart Integration:
Optional interfaces for water quality sensors and automated aerator controls.
03
Seawater & Coastal Applications
Seawater & Coastal Applications (Tidal Flats, Offshore)
Designed for high-salinity and wave-prone areas,
our seawater solutions prioritize extreme durability:
Extreme Anti-Corrosion:
Steel piles feature coating thicknesses ≥80μm,
capable of withstanding 10,000+ hours of salt-spray testing.
Wind & Wave Resistance:
Upgraded wind load capacity (≤70m/s) and stable floating options for deep-water (depth≥5m) salmon farming.
Maintenance-Free Design:
Anti-biological adhesion coatings reduce the need for cleaning marine growth, while integrated cable channels protect power transmission.
04
Technical Reliability & Warranty
Winture provides a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year no-perforation warranty for Zn-Al-Mg-coated structural components.

A fishery PV mounting system must leave sufficient space for aquaculture operations while supporting the required solar module layout. The mounting height, post spacing and access routes should be determined by the actual pond operation, not by module capacity alone.
| Fishery Project Conditions | Recommended Mounting Arrangement |
| Shallow freshwater ponds | Use an elevated pile-mounted structure with sufficient clearance for feeding, inspection and routine pond maintenance. |
| Ponds with feeding or service boats | Keep designated boat routes clear of support posts and bracing. Confirm the required passage width and height from the actual boat dimensions. |
| Ponds using mechanical aerators | Position support posts and braces away from aerators, service platforms and equipment maintenance areas. |
| Ponds with seasonal water-level changes | Set the underside clearance against the highest design operating water level rather than the normal water level alone. |
| Coastal ponds and tidal flats | Account for tidal variation, corrosive exposure and site-specific wind or wave actions when determining structural height, support spacing and connections. |
WINTURE's freshwater fishery PV structure includes a 1.5–2 m high-clearance arrangement and 1.2 m operation channels for suitable shallow-water projects. These dimensions are project configurations rather than universal requirements for all fishery PV installations.
For custom projects, WINTURE can review the pond layout, module arrangement, equipment locations and required access routes to establish the steel member lengths, post positions and connection details.
For pile-mounted fishery solar projects, the foundation layout must match the elevated steel structure and the working space required beneath the PV modules. Pile locations affect both structural support and access for boats, feeding equipment and pond maintenance.
WINTURE manufactures C-beam, H-beam and screw pile foundations, together with steel mounting components. The appropriate foundation and connection arrangement can be reviewed against the approved structural drawings and site conditions.
| Design Item | Requirements to Confirm |
| Pile type | C-beam, H-beam or screw pile, according to the approved foundation design |
| Pile length and section | Required dimensions, embedment and specified steel grade |
| Post-to-foundation connection | Connection plates, bolt holes, elevations and interface dimensions |
| Structural loads | Foundation reactions from the elevated PV mounting structure |
| Aquaculture access | Pile positions relative to boat routes, feeding areas and maintenance equipment |
| Corrosion protection | Coating requirements for the applicable water and atmospheric exposure conditions |
WINTURE's modular, bolted mounting structure allows connection components to be fabricated according to the project drawings, reducing the need for on-site welding.
